Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified. Once your order has been processed, it will be forwarded to our fulfillment partners for packaging and shipment.
Shipping Times
We work with third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners to provide a wide selection of products. As a result, shipping times may vary depending on product availability, warehouse location, carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, and other factors beyond our direct control.
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. While many orders arrive within the expected timeframe, some shipments may experience delays.
Tracking Information
When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please allow several business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, supplier processing times, natural disasters, weather events, or other circumstances outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding if delays occur.
Multiple Shipments
Items purchased in the same order may arrive separately if they are shipped from different warehouses or suppliers. This helps ensure the fastest possible fulfillment of each item.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses supplied by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
